Once the studio of a renowned ceramics artist, this 550 sf apartment provides convenient access to the adjacent pottery studio housed in the same structure. ESDB provided design / build services utilizing an array of salvaged materials, found objects, and furniture thrifted by our client. The result is an industrial-chic space, small but functional. The project also included new roofing and insulation, as well as code-required, energy, and electrical upgrades.
